FAU Wins Continuation Grant of €2.7M for Softwarecampus
I’m happy to report that we (the professorship) acquired for all of FAU a third-round grant of 2.777.000,40 € through our participation in the Softwarecampus 3.0 project. This grant follows on the heels of the previous grant of €2.3M, which we also acquired for FAU six years ago.
These funds will be available in the form of so-called microprojects that FAU Ph.D. students can apply for. The overall grant is managed by us (the professorship) and the funds are disbursed to the winning Ph.D. students (resp. their host i.e. their professorship).
