Speakers:

Johannes Jahnke started his career at a local bank with an apprenticeship. After further training as a banking specialist, Johannes studied business administration at the University of Cologne. For PwC Germany, Johannes is responsible for the topics of customer identity, identification, eSignature, and authentication. Together with his team, he manages projects in the financial services (e.g. banks, insurance companies), automotive and IT service provider markets to make processes efficient and digital. Due to his enthusiasm for new technological solutions and agile methods, Johannes also coaches colleagues around agile projects and setups.
Angelika Baust has a bachelor’s degree in Asian Studies and discovered her passion for IT project management during her first job at a large IT consultancy. After completing her master’s degree in International Business, she joined the CIO Advisory team at PwC Germany in 2016. Throughout her career, she has advised a variety of companies in the financial services sector in Europe. She and her team focus on advising the CIO department, for example, on setting up a company’s IT (project) organization or managing large strategic technology transformation projects. In this context, Angelika specializes in agile IT project management and business analysis methods, and regularly coaches clients and colleagues on the introduction of the agile way of working.
Klaus Wittchen is part of the PwC Financial Services Technology Consulting team. Through his studies of International Business Administration and international work experience in digital transformation, he sits at the interface between business and IT. In addition to financial services, Klaus has also worked in the automotive and energy sectors and thus covers a broad profile of IT transformation projects. With his SCRUM Master certification, Klaus is trained in agile project methodology.
