Abstract: Career paths are rarely linear — and mine began with coincidences that led to curiosity, learning, and ultimately a shift into Agile leadership. In this talk, I share how studying Computer Science and starting in IT support unexpectedly brought me into a SAFe environment — where I discovered Scrum mastery as a meaningful profession. I reflect on the challenges of guiding teams through change, building confidence, and fostering empathy. And I explore what happens when we stay open: to new ideas, new roles, and new growth. My aim is to encourage others to trust the process — and take action even when the path isn’t fully clear.
